Service
DecisionsLayer provides software for recording, auditing, observing, analyzing, and improving decision systems. The service does not execute customer rules, host customer models, or make production decisions on behalf of customers.
Accounts and workspaces
Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, invitations, API keys, and workspace access. Workspace owners are responsible for user roles, API key rotation, and payloads sent to the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not use DecisionsLayer to upload malware, secrets, payment card data, unlawful content, or data you are not authorized to process. Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, authentication, or authorization controls.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their decision records, outcomes, context, evidence, metadata, and derived workspace analytics. DecisionsLayer may process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
